IN THE SITE OR ANY SITE LINKED TO IT. We explicitly disclaim
any responsibility for the accuracy, content, or availability

5. You
pay us, not just for what we do, but for what we know
In some instances we have to charge a flat non refundable fee
of 3% upwards (minimum £1000)
commission on a property purchase or reservation.you will be informed at the
time whether this fee applies to your purchase, and may apply whether your
property purchase is through our office/an associated office/colleague or private
seller (this is only payable if
you purchase a property, for viewing there are no charges). and is in
addition to any further overseas purchase related fees ie: legal fees,taxes
etc, unless prior notification of a change of fees from us.. The above charges
are payable to Worldwide Propertyshop Limited. Our fees can be paid in the
sterling equivalent to the amount of the purchase price in and will be calculated
on the date of invoicing for currency conversion rates. All charges must be
paid to Worldwide propertyshop no later than 14 days after completion of the
deed. Any outstanding amount owed after this date will incur a 1% charge per
month and after 3 months will be referred to legal arbitration in the courts
of the country of purchase or England whichever is applicable
6. If any correspondence by telephone/email or by filling in the enquiry form
in which any travel arrangements, appointments to view and/or meet an associated
office/colleague or private seller, is entered into with any of our employees,
you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as stated without exception, this
also applies if you decide to reserve a property. Please make sure you read
these terms and conditions and understand them, it is your responsibility to
make sure you do so and the terms and conditions as stated will not be waivered
under any circumstances. A booking/reservation form may only be completed by
the intended purchaser(s) of the property.Any person who fills in the booking
form or reservation form on behalf of the buyer, should make the buyer fully
aware of our terms and conditions and it is their responsibility to do so.
7. DIGITAL SIGNATURE PROVISIONS
You
represent and warrant that you have the legal right, power
and authority to agree to the terms of this Agreement on
behalf of yourself and the member, buyer or supplier participating
in the Site. You further agree that your use constitutes
an electronic signature as defined by the Electronic Signatures
in Global and National Commerce Act ("E-Sign")
and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act ("UETA")
and that you have formed, executed, entered into, accepted
the terms of and otherwise authenticated this Agreement and
acknowledged and agreed that this Agreement is an electronic
record for purposes of E-Sign, UETA and the Uniform Computer
Information Transactions Act and as such is completely valid,
has legal effect, is enforceable, and is binding on, and
non-refutable by you and the member, buyer or supplier on
whose behalf you are acting.

Any hardship/loss suffered by the purchaser(s)/their family/colleagues/associates
as a result of any property purchased/rented which was/is
advertised on the Medpropertyshop.com website is not the
responsibility of any employee/sole owners/of Medpropertyshop.com
or Worldwidepropertyshop Limited and any ensuing court action
is to be undertaken in the country of purchase with the appropriate
company that the property was purchased from and with whom
contractual obligations have been entered into.
- In accordance with the 1991 Property Misdescription Act
the following particulars have been prepared in good
faith and as a general guide, not a statement of fact.
We have not carried out a survey and the services; appliances and specific fittings have
not been tested so we cannot verify that they are in
working order. The purchaser and/or purchaser is/are
advised to consult and/or obtain verification from a
Solicitor and/or surveyor.
- The photograph/s depict only certain parts of the property.
It should not be assumed that any contents, furnishing/furniture,
etc. photographed are included in the sale. It should
not be assumed that the property remains as displayed
in the photograph/s. No assumptions should be made with
regard to parts of the property that have not been photographed.
Please ask for further information if required.
- Any area measurements or distances referred to are given
as a GUIDE ONLY and are not precise. If such details
are fundamental to a purchase, purchasers rely on their
own inquiries or those, which can be performed by their
appointed advisers.
- Where any reference is made to planning permissions or
