Construction will be completed by Provivienda—home will be delivered without floor and wall tiles, kitchen and bath cabinets, bathroom fixtures, interior doors—the owner will choose these custom finishes and have them installed with a finishing sub-contractor (Provivienda has recommendations for finishing contractors).

• Golf:
1. The membership for each purchase of a condo or home is for a couple and children up to age 27, or a gay couple.
? 2. Hotel guests will be able to use the course, but will pay a green fee, probably about $40 for 9 holes and $60 for 18 holes
? 3. The value of the golf membership is $15,000 and is included in the price of every property sold at BIJAO. No outside memberships will be sold. ? 4. A rolling fee has not been established, but will probably be approximately 30% of cart rental fee--$6-$8.
